The sky is seen with artifacts and the liveries of the cars are not displayed and very low performance. The game was run with default settings in the build v0.0.22-13635-7c8fbc35 Alpha | master.

The artefacts seen on the sky are caused by vertex exploding Crowd. The option Disable Zcull Occlusion Queries in the debug tab skips crowd rendering completely and "fixes" the issue. The poor performance is partially caused by your weak CPU and because the game spams the log with RSX: Unknown Render Mode 0, where Slience All Logs solves the problem by disabling logging, but other games also display this log spam, so ideally it should be reduced. The car liveries are fixed by enabling Write Colour Buffers in the GPU tab of settings. Your issue doesn't follow the issue template as it doesn't have any RSX/Renderdoc Captures for The Crowd Bug. I can make a proper issue tomorrow with all the required information if needed.

I understand, all that information should be added to the game's wiki. I know the performance is poor due to my CPU, but I mentioned it because of the fact that it's a demanding game... BTW, I'm very sorry, the log I uploaded is wrong, this is the correct one:

Applying your settings made a huge improvement in fps and seems to fix all the issues.

GPU: Write Color Buffers.
Advanced: Silence All Logs.
Debug Tab: Disable Zcull Occlusion Queries.

Thanks for the help mate! saludos!

RSX Capture of the following frame leaving "Disable Zcull Occlusion Queries" unchecked available here: https://mega.nz/file/zU90lI4C#O06m1YZxxqjL61_G1Z_TDDmPqFsc_GmEQmnzTLD6bC0

Enabled

By comparison, this is with "Disable Zcull Occlusion Queries" checked - artifacts gone, but so are the crowds in the grandstand:
Disabled

This game also needs the Frame Limiter set to PS3 Native or else it can reach framerates over 30FPS and run too fast.
