The blood spills/texture/decals don't appear in-game/in the fights, but only in the replays between rounds.

In this game, you can hurt the other player, causing blood decals on the face, they sadly don't appear while fighting, but only when a replay of the fight happens (between the rounds)
Its only been 5 days, dont needlessly bump issues. These things take months typically if not a year or so to be fixed. There are still a lot of other things for the devs to look at.
I'm only writing this comment so that I get an email when the issue is updated. Having been in software development I know it can take years and years to fix something like this. A simple cosmetic flaw and fairly unimportant, take your time RPCS3 Devs, take your time dealing with bigger issues and keep up the amazing work!
