I have included a video link of the problem, these walls seem direction/orientation dependent and are not physical in game as they have no collisions. I believe it to have something to do with the sky box or an inaccurately displayed LOD that is meant to hide un-rendered terrain when far away. I have not been able to remedy this with any combination of settings however the previous issues this game had (no/ black graphics) and (inverted terrain deformation surface) I have remedied with the use of Write color buffers, Read depth buffers, Write depth buffers and Read color buffers. This game would be fully playable if this were solved.
Quick summary
One of the only issues im unable to remedy with settings is a graphical issue of odd walls that follow you ingame
