A very old bug exists where some objects become weirdly-colored or solid black when looking at them at certain camera angles.
Details
When looking at certain objects from certain camera angles, the most obvious of which are roads, paths, and some structures in the city areas, they start to become discolored or black. This is a very ancient issue, as I remember it happening all the way back when the game first got its textures properly rendering, which would be around 3 years ago. I'm unsure of the exact build where the issue started. The linked video shows the issue:
