- Add chip detection for intel DG2 cards. They're more popular now, so we may need to start tuning for them in some places.
- Remove ANV workaround for a bug that has since been fixed in mesa.
- Add some comments in convert-linear-swz code to explain padding behavior and assumptions.
- No specific optimizations yet, but they're becoming more popular so that may be necessary soon.
