overlays: add trophy list dialog

• Add trophy list to home menu
• Due to necessary sceNp comm id, the list is only available after the game loaded a trophy context once

Cosmetically can we separate Platinum relevance with a hyphen, semicolon, or something?
And not cause of this PR specifically but I'm stuck here until I change input handlers, I can't back out with sony_circle or hit the PSbutton to escape without changing input handlers and connecting a controller. Sometimes I even gotta change from sdl to xinput when I am using a controller.
