In case you are wondering why I don't use the #else path in windows:
It will basically be too small as long as we use SetProcessDpiAware

I hope Qt fixes the Dpi stuff in one of its next iterations so we can bury that chapter forever

Please try this on ubuntu etc.

The toolbar icons appear to be working correctly in Ubuntu.
(The game list on the left side is my custom layout and is unrelated to this PR.)
