Nice addition. No neeed to manually specify bdvd folder, COJ BIB is intro

Big regression for very lot Disc Game with update installed, sys fs is broken, caused by second commit on this PR:
f4d2fcc

Improve boot dir access
Add Emu.GetDir() method

exemple here on Motorostorm Pacific Rift, problem here it is him totaly forget bd folder for open file, tested on other game get exactly same problem
log with broken
RPCS3 broken.log.gz
and log before this commit
RPCS3.log.gz

in last build so have last line in log

'sys_fs_open' failed with 0x80010006 : CELL_ENOENT, “/dev_hdd0/game/BCES00129//USRDIR/gui/textureresources/guiraceresults.rpk

normaly it is line with "/dev_bdvd/PS3_GAME/"

In last commit works for try open one file

for this file not found is normal, not exist, but for other is problem, exist only inside bd folder.

So him try look one time now on "/game/BCES00129//" and after on "/game/BCES00129/",
normally it is “/dev_bdvd/PS3_GAME/" and after on "/game/BCES00129/"
but here don't look inside bd folder and say // no idea why.
Tested on Uncharted 2 works, so depending game
