- Customer virtual chat: Customers can check in and chat with a virtual agent to notify their arrival, location and chosen method of pick up.
- Employee order fulfillment app: Employees receive new order notifications, track order fulfilment and atomically send customer emails when orders are ready for pickup.
- Reporting: Management can view fulfillment analytics to monitor order turn around time, customer feedback ratings and arrival time distribution.
- Integration with Teams: The Curbside Pickup App can be embedded in Microsoft Teams to leverage the Teams features for a more robust employee experience.
