Clone both repository mencioned.
With de XAMPP instaled and connect, insert the repositories in htdocs and run the localhost and localhost/phpmyadmin.
Import the SQL archive in XAMPP or create a database bs_php_project and insert the SQL codes of the bs_php_project.sql archive.
