Rainloop already allows defining many identities for sending email, however I haven't seen any option to pick a "default" one... It seems to pick the one that was created on first login. Having such an option would be great :)

+1 on this. When using you have the problem that you login with your username, but use a different mail address instead. Then you have to select the "other" identity all the time.

It would also be nice to prompt for a default identity upon first login.

Great, simply a check with default identity will make this webmail perfect for me.

For those who come in here via the changelog: the way to do this now, as explained in #710, is to drag-and-drop your identities in the settings. The first one is the default one.
