Hi, I found a small bug concerning the "Are you sure you want to close this window?" pop-up. Actually, a few bugs...

I have the preview pane disabled. Some of the issue could be different when the message preview is enabled.

  1. If you are in normal message list view, click the "Compose" button. At the compose window, press the ESC key. You get the "Are you sure you want to close this window?" pop-up. If you press ESC again the pop-up and compose message disappear. Shouldn't only the pop-up disappear, leaving you in the compose message window?

  2. Follow the above (1) and now when you are back in the message list (where you shouldn't be), press ESC again. You get the "Are you sure you want to close this window?" again! Clicking Yes or No brings you back you the message view and you can press ESC again for the same pop-up.

  3. Follow the above (1) up to the first ESC, but now hold ESC for a little while. You'll see the pop-up flicker a few times and the screen fades to black. You are now stuck and cannot click anything anymore; you have to reload the page.

  4. When you do the double ESC press when composing an email whiles you was reading an email. You can now not close the email anymore with the ESC key because it will not exit the email but throw you to the pop-up again.

I think most (if not all) of the above can be fixed with not closing the compose window when you would ESC out of the "Are you sure you want to close this window?" pop-up.

Ralf.
