See https://docs.perl6.org/language/nativecall#Passing_and_Returning_Values and the list in https://github.com/rakudo/rakudo/blob/nom/lib/NativeCall.pm6#L129-L155. Some things seem to be missing.

Index all listed native types

Currently tables don't support proper formatting, so we have to index
things separately. It's LTA but it does the job.

It seems that the table is not full. There's a separate issue
for it: #1511.

Hopefully resolves issue #372.

Adds missing native types to list

The list includes also some that are not listed in the NativeCall
code, but I guess that's OK. Closes Raku#1511
