nqp breaks rakudo.parrot spectest #114

commit 96bacd7 causes this test to fail in rakudo.parrot's spectest run:

S02-magicals/env.rakudo.parrot 14 - ENV members persist to child processes

reverting to the previous nqp commit allows this spectest to pass
