As per conversation with jnthn++ http://irclog.perlgeek.de/perl6-dev/2016-06-16#i_12678792 the current implementation of throws-like will break in the future as it uses :context CALLER​:: in the EVAL to eval in the context where the test is being run.

This needs to be addressed.
