On and fade times for RGB blink

Expected behavior

I might be misinterpreting what this blink method does, but I was expecting a colour to hold for 5 seconds, then fade into the next color over 5 seconds

Actual behaviour

Some colours fade but often they just seem to quickly switch. Very hard to describe.
Best tested yourself to see the effect
