This behavior is correct:

> fread(",A,B\n1,0,1\n2,0,1\n3,1,1\n")
      V1     A     B
   <int> <int> <int>
1:     1     0     1
2:     2     0     1
3:     3     1     1

However if I use logical01=TRUE, suddenly column names stop being recognized:

> fread(",A,B\n1,0,1\n2,0,1\n3,1,1\n", logical01=TRUE)
      V1     V2     V3
   <int> <char> <char>
1:    NA      A      B
2:     1      0      1
3:     2      0      1
4:     3      1      1

(explicitly setting header = TRUE fixes this but shouldn't be necessary)
