Removal of invalid (orphaned) tabs from menu not successful #287
Description
When using the tools command to remove invalid tabs:
the invalid tabs are not removed. This is caused by a call to
QuickFolders.Util.notifyTools.notifyBackground({ func: "updateAllTabs" });
..which somehow restores the old tabs in the middle of the loop of going through bad folders.

Since it isn't obvious, I will rename the term "orphaned" to invalid tabs - I believe this is clearer - will also make the prompt match when importing / loading invalid folders:
This prompt should use the exact same term the command as on the tools dropdown and can be retrieved from the locale strings and inserted into the prompt accordingly.
