Support license validation with Exchange accounts

Apparently the default identity of an email configured via Exquilla is not visible to the license validation algorithm.

Investigate.

I tried to reproduce this issue with an outlook.com account but it worked for me... awaiting feedback from the user who had trouble with validation.

OK, now I am finding that I can push "validate" in the Settings screen and the email is working fine. However, when Thunderbird starts up, the License is not validated. My theory is that Exquilla is started after QuickFolders so the accounts cannot be validated at that stage.

Here is a version that can validate an exchange (or any other 3rd party) account license. It will only work from Thunderbird 98 forward and later, as the API accounts.onCreated has only been added in that version. It's currently not possible to check Exchange accounts in this way in Thunderbird 91.
