Create Filters dialog - link to "get quickFilters!" doesn't work #309
Description
When generating a filter (without quickFilters installed) the Create Filter dialog is displayed. The link to "get quickFilters!" should open the quickFilters Add-ons page.
instead there is an error in console about licenseInfo not being initialised.
