When right-clicking a tab while holding down CTRL, it displays the QF Commands directly, for instance the command item to remove a tab:

these are normally displayed under the QuickFolders Commands submenu, but apparently here they do not work anymore. This is likely a regression caused by Thunderbird 115

QuickFolders-mx-6.4.2pre18.zip

To test the version above, download the zip file, drag the file into Thunderbird Add-ons Manager, do not extract contents or if won't install.
