Tab-Specific Properties broken in Thunderbird beta 134

The advanced tab properties looks like it is painted over in blue color, and partly transparent on Tb 134.0b4:

For reference here are the style sheets included into the Thunderbird-built-in folder properties dialog.

Here is a quickfix following the example of the folder properties dialog:

QuickFolders-mx-6.8.3pre47.zip

the new dialog is loaded from Thunderbird 128 forward, the old version is used in Thunderbird 115.*.

Download the zip file and drag that file into Thunderbird Add-ons manager to install. Do not extract contents before installation.

the correct way to reimplement this would be with a web extension popup:

to make sure it stays on top we could register an onFocusChanged() event..

For this the code obviously needs to be converted from Xhtml to html.
