To make the folder context menu better accessible to users of screen readers, I want to an option to hide the "customize icon" command, so that the new "add bookmark" context menu from #550 is easier to find. The option will be on the advanced settings page among others under the new heading "Accessibility":
A separate issue will handle making the contents of QuickFolders settings more accessible to screenreaders.
