(Preview Mode) label not removed from toolbar

Some users complained that they see the (Preview Mode) label in the QuickFolders toolbar on startup. This should normally only be displayed on the QuickFolders settings tab, in order to show that the toolbar is not functional when viewing the settings page:

Here is a test version that tries to address the problem in the onDeckChange event:
