Add a switch that allows selecting a different language for the automatic spell checker.

%spellcheck(language)%

language can be any locale string of a dictionary that is already installed, e.g. en, de, en-GB etc.

Here is a test version, complete with documentation in the variable window, and localization of error messages. 2.3.2 prerelease 17
