SmartTemplates Settings Dialog: Empty Examples tab in Thunderbird 91

In most cases the example tab of the SmartTemplates settings in Thunderbird 91 shows no content.

This is caused by multiprocess browsing "fission" - the workaround at the moment is to switch off the configuration flag

browser.tabs.remote.autostart = false
and restart Thunderbird.

To install, download the zip file then drag it into Thunderbird Add-ons Manager.

Here is a version that is compatible with both Thunderbird 91 and 78 (The remote <browser> element of the previously posted version immediately crashes Thunderbird 78!)
