Simplify settings - Accounts dropdown and toolbar buttons

The accounts dropdown often shows squashed toolbar buttons at the top right due to long labels, also the icons are confusing:

I have decided to streamline this by the following steps:

• remove the "Advanced" label and using the widely used [...] icon to get to advanced settings
• use monochrome svg icons for most of the toolbarbutton
• remove the account name from the account label - the identity name should be enough
• reduce space between buttons to save even more space

To configure the account name, you can now right-click on the "Account:" label - this will open config settings. close and reopen SmartTemplates Settings to see the result.

The identity key can also be displayed (mainly for development purposes)

To install download, archive and drag into Thunderbird Add-ons Manager (without unpacking)

This also includes scaleable version of the YouTube icon. I darkened the color a little to attract less attention - original vibrant red shows on hover only.
