Expand / collapse / help buttons missing when settings opened from Add-ons Manager

Regression: When opening the SmartTemplates settings dialog the new expand / collapse / help buttons in the little toolbar area beside the account selection dropdown are missing - if the settings dialog is opened from the Add-ons Manager using the "wrench icon".
