"Update and replace with content" command doesn't replace the field #204
Description
When using a late resolved variable such as %subject% in a new email the context menu "Update and replace with content" should replace the field with the plain text content
It is expected to do the same with the single field as the "clean up" command - turning all resolvable fields into plain text content (using the current header data such as date / from or to email addresses or subject)
However it currently appears to act the same as the top command (the default) which is also carried out when left-clicking the variable: it fills in the current content but the field and JavaScript remains active in order to be refresh later.
