Backup of Custom Templates (Local Folders) does not store placeholders correctly

When we make a backup of the (custom) filters / filter templates in local folders, a lot of placeholder filter values, such as %from%, %to% etc. are replaced with "??" and so cannot be restored properly.

This behavior apparently was by design (maybe to avoid loading faulty filters that hadn't been filled by the assistant. I removed this "feature" - custom templates should now successfully back up:

To install this prerelease version, download the zip file and drop it into Thunderbird Add-ons Manager (without unpacking).
