context menu "Find filters" and "Run Filters" work on current folder and not on clicked folder #313
Description
When using the context menu in the folder tree, using the commands "Find filters..." and "Run filters...." these will actually always work on the current folder and not on the folder that was clicked on.
Expected behavior:
these commands should work on the clicked item always even if we are in a different folder.

Test version with fix for both context menu commands:
quickFilters-wx-6.7.1pre4.zip
To install version above download zip file and drag the file into Thunderbird Add-ons Manager (do not extract contents, it won't install like that)
