Thunderbird 143: Custom Filter Template modifications missing

When opening the custom filter templates editor from Advanced Settings >> Advanced Templates

the following modifications to the filter editor are missing:

1. the title bar "quickFilters Custom Templates" which rebrands the dialog to show that it is modified by quickFilters Pro
2. The custom variables button which offers a dropdown with preset variables to autofill the new filter based on message context:
