All cut / copied filters in list should be highlighted with icon

This used to work in Thunderbird 60 - when some filters are selected and then either copy or cut is clicked, these should be highlighted with a copy (clipboard) or cut (scissors) icon.

Expected behavior: This is what it should look like, when filters are selected and the toolbar button for cutting is pushed:

at the moment only the (unchecked) checkbox item is falsely replaced with the icon.
