  • Added --enable-ubsan configure option
  • Added UBSan CI workflow
  • Updated DEVELOPMENT.md README with UBSan build and test instructions. give the dev instructions were getting to big i've moved them.
  • UBSan can be combined with ASAN/LSAN for comprehensive testing
