The old dockerfile and script can't work well, so I rewrite both. 😊

Curious, but why install 3ds-dev? pacman -S devkitARM should work fine, no?

Yeah, It work fine. I will fix it.
Actually, this dockfile is base on official devkitPro devkitarm dockerfile. I remove nds-dev gp32-dev gba-dev. Just keep 3ds-dev.
