How to Achieve 90s Render look in Blender 2.8

From Si Silicon: Alrighty! So I've given my 90s CGI setup an upgrade. The Non Principled BSDF node now should look and behave closer to Blender Internal (2.79) materials. The world environment setup has also been compressed into a node group, so it should be easier to use.
