RKDotNetDateFormatter fails to compile on OS X 10.6 #378

Since it contains NSRegularExpression, which is missing on 10.6.

NSFileManager's createDirectoryAtURL:withIntermediateDirectories:attributes:error is also only available on 10.7.

Actually, I think I found a solution. Just compile on the device, no? That's what I did and so far it seems to be working.

I just removed the files. I don't do .net to need them anyways. :)

Compiling on device helps because the device is running iOS 5!

Appropriate fix is to conditionally compile out the support
