iOS 4.3 support #545

I get runtime (but strangely, not build-time) errors in latest RestKit on iOS 4.3 because NSOrderedSet is not available.

I assume this is due only to the change in #504 , but figured an open issue would be a good idea to make sure this is not forgotten.
