Similarly to #75 this can cause read permission issues on Windows.

Care should be taken that the Clear button won't delete the entire folder (or warns if there are items there that probably aren't thrive), as we don't want people to accidentally lose all of their downloads files if they use the downloads folder as the temporary folder.
