Needs to be placeable in the editor.

I tagged this as good first issue because this is quite simple but touches many aspects of the game. If you are new and attempting this you should ask for plenty of guidance.

Basic implementation of Prokaryote Chemoplast
Attempt at issue #680

A few things are missing:
- Model/mesh for organelle
- 2D art for organelle in editor
- Some additions to the help text screens
- Some information for the organelle's infobox in the editor
- Also this is the biggest one, the organelle currently cannot be added in the editor for some reason, when you click on the icon in the editor your existing cell dissapears

While it needs some balancing, the mechanics for this organelle are in place. We mostly need some art for this organelle:

  • Icon for the organelle in the editor
  • Model for the organelle
  • Texture for the model
