Getting familiar with the mrft GUI

Data panel

Data

The data panel contains tree tables that correspond to the three used datasets, training, validation and generalization, plus some tools that let you move the data around and apply some transformations.

The basic options to fill in the tables are:

  • Examples -> Select one
  • Drag & Drop csv files to each table (the csv should have only two columns and no headers)
  • Data -> Populate With...

Topology panel

Topology

The topology panel let's you set not only the topology but also the basic training rules

Plots panel

data

Shows plots for errors, and datasets.
