Pre-spawned vehicles start in neutral (N) instead of drive (D) #759

Using the latest master with #757 merged, pre-spawned vehicles seem to start in neutral (N) even though the GUI says it's in drive (D)

How to reproduce:

  • Load up Flat map: (http://www.rigsofrods.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=484369&d=1401284923)
  • Use the vehicles menu to switch into the 6x6 Scania Wrecker (or any pre-spawned vehicle)
  • Use the X and S keys to start the engine. It'll rev in neutral (N) even though the GUI says it's in drive (D). Vehicle works fine once you use page up to switch into neutral (N) and back into drive (D)

In 0.4.0.7, the vehicle also starts in neutral (N) but the GUI actually says it's in neutral (N):
