文件管理类应用出现无法访问Android/data的问题，看起来是权限被拒绝了。

What do you expect

和13.5一样可以正常访问Android下的data文件夹。

我的k70u使用MiXplorer在启用了shizuku的13.6版本后进入Android/data会一直加载，而在我的另一台高通芯片的Android15红米设备上却表现正常

一直是启用的而且给了权限，目前观察到是MiXplorer和X-plore无法访问data，或许是澎湃os或者应用的问题，但是13.5却没这个问题😔

降级shizuku 正常，应该是新版本不兼容之前的。

确实，在澎湃OS（2.0.6.0）上，新版本13.6.0可以通过pingBinder检测到，但无法连接上，而13.5.6就没问题

感谢日志，问题已经定位到 RikkaApps/Shizuku-API#80 导致。android包的网络安全配置是默认的，当启动用户服务的应用自定义了网络安全配置并且与android包冲突时，位于用户服务进程的Application会初始化失败。
