[BUG] /match/v5/maches/{matchId} - several spellcasts are always 0

Bug Description
The spellcasts from Katarina E are not counted in the match v5 api at match->info->participants->{index of Katarina player}->spell3Cast.

Expected Result
The number of spell3 (E) casted.

(The picture is of a different champion than Katarina)

Actual Result
Always 0.

Developer Impact

• Frequency: Every API Call I tested yet
• Severity: Nothing happens, just the number is misleading.

Player Impact
Katarina players cannot see how many times they used their E.

Preconditions
There must be a Katarina in the game.

Repro Steps

1. Fetch a game where a Katarina plays along.
2. Search for Katarina's data => spell3cast should be 0.

Just confirmed this on my dataset can confirm for Katarina but also additionally the same case is true for Xin Zhaos E
