Continuation of RobotWebTools/rosbridge_suite#169
Can display PointCloud2 objects without using the video streamer. Supports PointCloud2 objects that are not image-like.
This version of the code can accept BSON encoded PointCloud2 objects (see RobotWebTools/rosbridge_suite#190 and RobotWebTools/roslibjs#185) but also works fine without BSON encoding (i.e. will translate Base64 encoded PointCloud2s as well).
