    New RAPageNode rendering method separates paging in/out with page
    switching, so the page generation can occur on a background thread.

    I went back to a much simpler traversal algorithm that generates pages
    immediately, and fixed texture loading to occur in a separate thread. I
    still need to set the initial texture of a new page to the texture of
    the parent to avoid the loading flicker.

    Having used OpenSceneGraph extensively on other projects, the
    implementation of a few key functions here were based upon that
    library. Not wanting to cause an issue with copyright or a license
    conflict, I've now refactored the code but kept the credit lines intact
