If you are just updating an existing Ruby system, just use the simple update procedure, using a USB memory stick and the update zip file below (Read how to do a simple USB memory stick update and OTA (over the air) update here: https://rubyfpv.com/downloads.php).

If you are installing Ruby for the first time:
Check the installation instructions here: https://rubyfpv.com/install.php

  • For RunCam VRx, EMax VRx use the radxa3ew image;
  • For OpenIPC air units, RunCam air units, EMax air units, use the OpenIPC multiplatform configurator to flash Ruby on them or manually flash Ruby OpenIPC image from here: https://github.com/OpenIPC/builder/releases
  • For everything else, use the full image for your particular hardware.
