Classes with names that only differ in casing. #13

Class POI differs only in case from Poi. Such classes will overwrite one another on case-insensitive filesystems.
scalac silently overwrites its own output producing an inconsistent set of class files in a situation when it works on a case-insensitive filesystem and there is a name conflict in our case between these two classes

Would be great to merge them or extend the parent class if needed.
