Method DETECT_TYPEKIND detected only the date element 'TIMESTAMP' and 'TIMESTAMPL' as date-time .

Now the method DETECT_TYPEKIND detects data elements as date-times based on their domain name (TZNTSTMPS, XSDDATETIME_Z, TZNTSTMPL, XSDDATETIME_LONG_Z).

Hi Lukas,

thanks for the contribution! I was already asked before to consider domain values for detecting timestamps, but at that time it was not so easy and had a significant performance impact. Now with the encapsulation of typekind detection and caching of structure definition, I assume, the performance impact will be minimal.
