to build the segmentation code, go to src/segment and run make.

depends on libraries:  opencv

to run the segmentation code, invoke
nu-segment.exe rgb_image_filename run-id [cpu | mcore | gpu [id]]

	rgb_image_filename: rgb image
	run-id: arbitrary string, used for logging
	cpu: select cpu run
	mcore:  select cpu multicore run.  currently is still single threaded
	gpu: select gpu run.  id is the gpu device id.
